office 没有激活， 就是 人家做的产品，是要收钱的，而你没有付钱，要么 付费激活（电话，购买激活码什么的）要么用 激活工具激活， 要么换版本，去找破解版

1、先把excel文件扩展名改为rar，打开压缩文件，找到xl——worksheets——你设置过密码的excel工作表，然后把该excel工作表拖到桌面上。

2、选择该文件，用记事本打开刚才拖出来的文件，搜索protect，找到相关一截代码：，把这段关于密码的代码删除，然后点击保存。
